The breakfast offered a perfect amount of choice. The staff were friendly. They were also lovely! The rooms included basic amenities but were big and clean.

A Stay with Some Disappointments

Our stay had some issues. The floor boards made noises when we walked. The mattress seemed smaller than the bed frame. I found the breakfast wasn't worth the cost. There was no hash browns with the full English, and the choices felt limited.

I found parking very easy because it was included. I walked five minutes to the train station because access to the city was important. The restaurant food tasted lovely and prices seemed reasonable. Breakfast included many options. That was good.
The shower pressure was limited, I struggled to get a good temperature.

The hotel location is quiet. I could walk easily to both the metro and the bus. It makes travels to the city center simple and convenient.

The bar and restaurant offered a good selection. I enjoyed the Latin American food served, and everything tasted very fresh and tasty. Prices appeared affordable, a plus.

All the staff were really excellent. I found them welcoming, and requests were accommodated when possible. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful.
